Chapelgate Technologies is a United Kingdom company building industry operations software. We are pre-launch. This site is an umbrella for the company and its product lines — not a claim that a commercial suite is generally available.

The first product is MaintenanceOS: operations software for UK property maintenance, aimed at landlords, letting agents, and property managers. Its public marketing site is still pilot-stage. Where AI is used, it is for intake assistance; safety, approvals, and money stay under deterministic rules and human clearance. We do not claim that AI will overtake humans.

Further industry OS products are planned (for example OSOS). They are not live. We do not invent customer logos, certifications, team bios, or awards.
